Membership Application

Effective 1/1/90 we require membership in CTCI for Rose City Thunderbirds members. If you are a CTCI member please include your number below. If you are not a member, an application will be made available.

The main reason for dual membership is liability insurance we purchase through CTCI. Without CTCI membership you would not be covered. (This is not car insurance, but liability insurance for members and officers of our club in case of negligence.)

Initiation fee: $5.00 Dues $15.00 per year or $1.50 per month for balance of year.
